A Flood

On 11th September 2014, in India there was a flood. This killed more than 460 people who live in Pakistan. The Pakistani military specialists blew up dykes with explosives to divert water from rivers that they were running close to three cities, while Indian authorities admitted that relief efforts hadn't yet reached about 300,000 people in Kashmir. More than 200 people have been killed in Pakistan and the bodies have been floated in the streets. The water has started to drop, but the extent of destruction in more areas remains unclear.
