Dear Sir / Madam.
I am writing you to complain about the trainers which I bought on the online shop one week ago. When I opened the box of the Nike Air trainers I discovered that it was a wrong model, colour and size.
I tried to telephone to your shop but nobody answered. In addition I left my phone number on a message and nobody has telephoned me yet. I think that this is an unacceptable service.
I would be greatful if you could send me the model of trainers that I bought and if it is not possible you could send me another model. I would also like a written apology.
