James Stanton was arrested for stealing a car in a petrol station where Mr Brandsley was stopped because he needed petrol.
When Mr Brandsley went out, James drove away with Mr. Brandsley's car. He called the police and they found him quickly because the car has stopped because it didn't have petrol, and the criminal didn't know why.
