HOW USEFUL ARE GUIDEBOOKS TO TRAVELLERS TODAY?

Nowadays it is strange that the travellers use guidebooks, because now the people search and had a route with the GPS of the phone.

I wouldn't think that the guidebooks will be obsolete however there is not the same demound of them now from some years ago, but this is the consequence of the thecnologica evolution we have. Therefore, this doesn't mean that guidebooks will desappeare but since a time ago to today, they haven't got the same use, for convenience travellers prefer the GPS.

In conclusion, today the guidebookss have lost a lot importance because of the GPS in the mobile phones.
