Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I ordered one pair of red Nike Air trainers, size 40, 275, and the company sent me one pair of Nike Total 90 trainers, size 41, 2158. Despite this, the announcement reported that the Trainers Galore would arrive 24 hours anywhere in Europe, and I got me one week later.

Seeing what happened I left a message of complaint immediately to the phone and nobody has telephoned me yet.

I would appreciate if you call me and can fix this problem.
