Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a pair of trainers I order from your shop.
Last day, I opened the box and the trainers were not the ones I had asked. I had ordered one pair of red Nike Air trainers, size 40, 275, but the company sent me one pair of blue Nike total 90 trainers, size 41, 2158.
I would be grateful if you could send me correcr trainers. I would also like a written apology.
