Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the trainers I bought from your online shop one week later than I expected. I opened the box which your company sendts me and there was none of the items that I request. I ordered one pair of red Nike Air trainers, size 40, 275, and your company sendts me one pair of blue Nike Total 90 trainers. Size 41, 2158.

I tried to telephone but nobody answered. I feel this unacceptable service.

I am a very patient person therefore I would be grateful if you could send me the trainers which I request, if it is not possible your company could give me a refund. I would also like a written apology.
