Dear Madam,
I am writing to complain about a Nike Air trainers I bought from your shop last week. I opened the box on the car and everything seemed to be in order.
When I arrived home I saw that one of the trainers was different and the size too. I am very angry too because the trainers arrived one week after.
I telephoned your shop and left a message, but nobody has telephoned me yet. I feel this is an unacceptable service. I would like to have a letter of apology.
I would be grateful if your shop sends me a new pair of trainers. I would also like a written apology.
