Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writng to complain about an order that I made one week ago in your website. I ordered one pair of red Nike Air trainers of the size 40, and you have sent me one pair of blue Nike Total 90 trainers 41 size.
When I opened the box I saw that that were not the trainers that I had ordered.
I phoned to get an explication but I do not know either if the number was wrong or you did not want to answer me.
I would like a refound and I want you to sent me the correct trainers and a letter of apology.
