Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing to complain about a pair of trainers I bought from your company last week. The delivery came one week after I ordered them and that was not what was offered in the advert. Then, after oppening the box, I had a bigger dissappointment. I ordered a pair of red Nike Air trainers size 40, 275 and I recieved one pair of blue Nike Total 90 size 41, 2158 instead. They were not my size and I did not even like the color.
I felt angry so I left a telephone message of complaint but nobody has telephoned me back yet. I feel this is unacceptable service.
I would be grateful if you could send me the correct trainers and a letter of appology.
