Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about one pair of trainers that I bought on your online shop last month. I opened the box and it was one pair of blue Nike Total 90 trainers size 41, 275 ans I had ordered one pair of red Nike Air trainers size 40, 275. In addition it arrived one week after the placed I ordered.
I left a thelephone message of complaint but nobody has telephoned me back yet.
I would be grateful if you could send me the correct trainers and a written apology.
