Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a pair of trainers. I bought it from your online shop last Tuesday. I opened the box today in my house, but nothing seemed to be in order to what I bought in the online shop.

I telephoned your shop to explain the problem, but nobody answered the phone so I decided to write.

I bought some shoes, but still has wrong because I ordered another type of trainers and the price is not the same as on the page online. When I called nobody answered and I would like a written apology and another pair of shoes as I bought, if it is possible.
